We offer four types of cryotherapy here at Cryojuvenate UK – use the brief descriptions below to choose which is right treatment for you:

cryo body treatment

Cryo Body

Now you can experience the powerful rejuvenating benefits of cryotherapy in our brand new state-of-the-art Whole Body Cryotherapy Chamber here in Sevenoaks. This uses super-cooled air to reduce muscular pain and inflammation, speeding recovery from intensive training, competition or injury, and assisting with chronic pain management.

Exposure to cold air stimulates the body’s natural defence mechanism producing an immediate endorphin rush and a feeling of wellbeing. Increased metabolism can burn an extra 500-800 calories. And heightened oxygen levels help boost productivity and reduce fatigue. Used by elite athletes worldwide to accelerate muscle recovery and improve performance, Whole Body Cryotherapy will leave you feeling reinvigorated, full of energy and raring to go.

cryo local

Cryo Local

If you need treatment for a specific injury or problem area, then Local Cryotherapy can help by reducing pain, inflammation and swelling in targeted areas. Using a hand held device, the therapist applies cold air topically as required to trigger the anti-inflammatory response in specific parts of the body in a treatment which typically lasts around 10 minutes.

Effective for sprains, strains and many types of sports injuries (eg. Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow), Tendonitis, frozen shoulder, Local Cryotherapy can also provide relief in some back, neck and knee conditions including post-operative recovery. For maximum benefit, it is strongly recommended to combine your local cryotherapy with a prior Whole Body Cryotherapy session.

cryo facial

Cryo Facial

If the pace of modern life is taking its toll on your complexion, you may find that facial cryotherapy gives you just the lift you need. Cryo Facial therapy delivers a gentle cold cleansing action which helps flush away toxins and soothe inflammation to tighten the skin, smooth out fine lines and wrinkles, and stimulate the production of collagen producing a fuller, clearer complexion.

Courses of facial cryotherapy have shown to benefit those with skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis and acne. And the tightening of hair follicles can also thicken eyelashes and eyebrows. Popular with celebrities, Cryo Facial is a pain free and non-invasive quick fix for the face and neck which results in a more vibrant and youthful appearance almost instantaneously.

cryo lipo treatment

Cryo Lipo

Are you struggling with stubborn fatty deposits that won’t go away even with strict dieting and regular exercise? Cryo Lipo is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction, where body fat is warmed and then frozen using a special vacuum suction cup device. This crystallises and ‘kills’ the fat cells which are then reabsorbed and dissipated by the body’s lymphatic system over the next several weeks leaving the overlying skin unaffected.

Effective for tummy fat, hips, inner thighs, sides, arms and back, treatments typically take around 45 minutes. After just one session the benefits can start to show within three weeks, the full results being evident after 8-12 weeks. And the results are permanent – between 25-40% of fat cells in the treated area can be destroyed and the really good news is they never grow back!

cryo recovery combo

Cryo Recovery Combo

Give your body the best chance at a quick and thorough recovery from sports injuries or tough training sessions with our Cryotherapy Recovery package!

This three-in-one session will deliver an intensive treatment for your aches and pains. Three minutes in the whole body cryotherapy chamber will help to reduce inflammation and muscle pain and increase metabolism. This is followed by 10-minutes of local cryotherapy to target areas of pain and trigger a more focused anti-inflammatory response. And finally a 25-minute deep tissue massage to aid recovery and reduce stiffness.

cryo body sculpt

Cryo Body Sculpt

Body sculpting is the combination of both local cryotherapy and deep tissue massage – the natural way of reducing the appearance of cellulite and tightening skin, that avoids the side effects of more invasive therapies.

Following a consultation to discuss the areas you want to target – typically the stomach, buttocks, upper or lower arms or inner or outer thighs – treatment involves a local cryotherapy session to help stimulate collagen production in deeper layers of the skin which helps improve skin tone and promotes skin tightening. Deep tissue massage can help reduce lumpiness, break up fatty deposits, increase blood flow and stimulate the lymphatic system.

Deep tissue sports therapy massage

Deep Tissue Sports Massage

Deep tissue sports massage is used to both prevent and improve sports injuries.

Sports massage is used by most high-performance athletes as part of their fitness regime and also those who enjoy a firm massage treatment. The deep tissue work releases toxins from the muscles that are produced during exercise, such as lactic acid and other metabolic waste which encourages lymphatic drainage. It will boost circulation, increasing blood flow and therefore increase oxygen to muscles which helps the body recover quicker between training sessions. The deep pressure stretches the ligaments, tendons, and loosens muscles which also relieves tension.
